Front Garden Renovation

This renovation included full brick restoration and repointing, removal of old paint, and sandblasting to reveal the original character of the home. We completed the transformation with sandstone paving and traditional Victorian mosaic tiles, adding timeless elegance and enhancing the home's kerb appeal.

Work In Progress...

We are currently undertaking a full renovation of a four-bedroom semi-detached property, which includes a complete roof replacement and the construction of a new basement level. As part of the roof works, we are installing new Velux windows and multiple skylights to maximise natural light throughout the upper floor. The project also involves a full internal reconfiguration to create a more open, functional layout, along with the installation of modern heating, electrical, and insulation systems. This comprehensive renovation will breathe new life into the property, enhancing both its liveability and long-term value.

Green and pearl onyx en suite bathroom in master bedroom and converted loft en suite shower room.

Recently RELM Interiors designed and fitted this green and pearl onyx tiled bathroom for a master bedroom en suite. The renovation includes a smart toilet and spotlit bath. The shower room on the right includes a walk in shower, crittall shower screen and gold shower fittings.
