House rear extension
The garden was levelled to meet the ground floor, with new steps down to the lower lawn. Wide bifold doors now open the kitchen and dining room onto a generous stone patio, so the house and garden read as one space.
Bathrooms
Victorian-style bathroom
Painted tongue-and-groove panelling, blue-toned botanical wallpaper, an arched mirror and brass fittings: a small room given a timeless, classic character.

Kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, panelling and fireplaces, made in our own workshop in Chessington and fitted for the homes we renovate. Every piece is drawn for its room, so storage disappears into the architecture and finishes match the rest of the house.
