Can you add a basement to an existing house?

In many houses, yes. It depends on the structure, the ground and the approvals needed, which we check early, before you commit to the project.

Do you deal with the approvals?

Yes. Drawings, planning and building approvals are part of our design and build service, and we tell you early whether your project needs a Party Wall agreement.

Can you finish the basement as well as build it?

Yes. Lighting, heating, electrics, plumbing, flooring, decorating and bespoke joinery by RELM Bespoke are all part of the same project.
