Do you handle the design as well as the build?
Yes. We are a design and build company: drawings, specifications and the approvals your project needs are part of the same process as construction and finishing.
Can you work to my architect or designer’s drawings?
Yes. We are happy to act as the construction partner for your architect or interior designer, delivering their design intent on site.
How do you price a project?
After your enquiry we give a preliminary budget so you can decide with confidence. Where useful we visit the property, then provide a detailed proposal with scope, programme and cost.
Do you take on commercial work?
Yes. Alongside our residential work we fit out and refurbish offices, embassies, hotels, restaurants and cafés, and shops and showrooms across London, to the same standard.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Wimbledon, SW20, and work across South West and Central London, including Wimbledon Village, Putney, Richmond, Kingston, Barnes, Clapham, Fulham, Chelsea and Kensington.
