Do I need planning permission for an extension?
Some extensions fall under permitted development and others need planning permission. We check this at the start and handle the application if needed.
Can you work to my architect’s drawings?
Yes. We are happy to act as the construction partner for your architect or designer, delivering their design intent on site.
Do you also fit the kitchen?
Yes. Kitchens are designed and installed in full, and RELM Bespoke can make the cabinetry in our own Chessington workshop.
