About RELM
For more than fifteen years we have planned, built and finished homes across London, with more than 100 projects completed. You deal with one accountable team, a clear programme and a standard of finish that shows in every detail.
RELM Interiors is a design and build company based at 50 Southdown Road in Wimbledon. We take on substantial projects across South West and Central London: rear and side extensions, loft conversions, basements, kitchens and bathrooms, and complete renovations of houses and apartments.
Because design, construction, finishing and joinery sit with one team, decisions are made quickly and nothing is lost between trades. RELM Bespoke, part of the RELM group, makes the kitchens, wardrobes and cabinetry in our own Chessington workshop, and RELM Spraying provides the spray finishes.

Wimbledon
House rear extension
The garden was levelled to meet the ground floor, with new steps down to the lower lawn. Wide bifold doors now open the kitchen and dining room onto a generous stone patio, so the house and garden read as one space.
Bathrooms
Victorian-style bathroom
Painted tongue-and-groove panelling, blue-toned botanical wallpaper, an arched mirror and brass fittings: a small room given a timeless, classic character.

Designed and installed in full: stone and quartz, tiling, joinery, lighting, plumbing and electrics, from family kitchens to marble en suites.
Interior design
Layouts, specifications, colour and finishes, with wallpaper, panelling and furniture made to measure by RELM Bespoke.

Can you make furniture and joinery to measure?
Yes. RELM Bespoke, part of the RELM group, designs and builds wardrobes, kitchens, cabinetry, panelling, desks and fireplaces for the homes we renovate.
Are you accredited?
We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and the Considerate Constructors Scheme, and a FENSA approved window and door installer. We are also registered with QA National Warranties.
